Very bad service. In food ant is there. Please check before eating it. As per price very bad food quality. Special jain food is not good. High tea only tea and biscuits available. Not recommended for 150 rs. For dinner 250 rs. Kathiyavadi menu available but that also not in good quality and quantity is also very less if you go after half hr some items will be not available. For cleaning also every where ant and Spiderweb. If you tell them they will spray only. For bedsheet and blanket also not changed after saying multiple time. Now for campfire this type of no any facilities available. Indor games also not good. Please think multiple options and please don't visit. It is not recommended and not good to stay at this resort.

This is a complaint for Akshar Travel in Ahmedabad.  They pretty much ate up big part of my retired parents' savings so hoping someone can help. I don't know if I can give negative star, I would give them that. Complete Scam, we paid deposit in January 2020 of 2 lakhs. They cancelled tour due to COVID in 2020.  Now they don't want to refund the deposit of 2 lakhs back or let us book another tour.  They are saying they contacted some one for their first tour they opened in 2022. They never emailed me anything where we first contacted.  If they really wanted us to join, they would have emailed us instead of saying they contacted some random phone number.  Now we have no evidence of what they did.  Another big lie they told us is that tour in June 2020 happened when US was in complete lock down and especially New York did not allow any tourism until Sept 2020…these are liars and cheaters and Government should take some action otherwise they lose both local international business due to such scammers.

I visited SOU on the 26th of Dec 2021. following are some observations
1. Though most of the things are mentioned online but on the ground lot of things are missing
2. Not all people would read FAQS and all information hence people who visit are confused just because of the huge area and distance.
3. NOWHERE I could see proper information DESKS to help tourists, no GOOD MAP BOARDS.
4. Utter confusion prevailed just for FOOD THALLI which we had booked online TRIBAL THALLI. It's very far we had pay 300 for auto. Sheer exploitation by the people. there were many people like us who told the owner who expressed helplessness as he has complained many times but nothing has happened.
5. Even though buses are free they were charging.
6. Boating is at one end many people in our slot missed it because of distance
7. TRANSPORTATION needs to be improved.
8. You can provide electric cars for senior citizens free as they cannot walk.
9. My suggestion is that you should have SOUDA(statue of unity Development Authority) to monitor and coordinate all activities.
10. HARI KI VAV no maintenance at all. No protection for this monument. Though it is better than ADALAJ.  Please give attention and protect it.
11. PATAN Rani ki Vav is well maintained.
12. MODHERA SUN TEMPLE and POND needs protection as its eroding
13. ROADS, FOOD, and PEOPLE are excellent
