Prepaids reservation failed and informed us last minute .cause our agency a lot of trouble and inconvenience 。the worst thing is the whole team keep silent to my email and complaint !!! shame on you TBO!

Dear all, 

First all ,I would like to say we are strongly disappointed about the efficiency and communication of your team .

We have been cooperating with TBO since last year and we have been purchased a certain amount of luxury hotels for our customers through your plantform esprcially the tour we just operated in Emirates !

Here is all the details and the reason why we write this email for strong request the compensation of 2W5KWH immediately!!

1 I made the reservation at 17th of Jan and I prepaid the reservation at 22nd of Jan ,meanwhile I sent the first email to request to expedite the hotel confirmation .

2.27/01,31/01/,01/02 ,I sent the email to reservation team three times ,they just told  me to wait !! Meanwhile I contacted the sales and informed him ,the hotel is full booked there is no room available during our stay except the private villas .

3.THE WORST THING is :5th of February,my sales help me to push the supplier ,and he share an Email with me which said :the room is confirmed,the hotel confirmation. Number is 125606! Then i send email to the hotel directly immediately the reply was this reservation 125606 didn't exist in their system at all !!

4 Even though ,the supplier lied and I have been sending email and talking with your team members almost 20 days ,the reservation team still ask me to wait for the confirmation! SO I sent email again to push the confirmation at 8th and 9th of February again !

5 FINALLY until my group was already in Emirates at 11th of Feb , I got the final email:our reservation cannnot be done successfully because the hotel is full booked !and the option which the reservation team gave to me :change to another hotel +50% compensation! I refused immediately!

6 this reservation which is for a family with child ,and they are our VIP customers !The customers are very disappointed about us as they could not stay in the hotel which we have arranged at the beginning.We arranged another hotel and a private car to transfer them to another hotel and they could not stay with the friends in the same group .And we gave 100% compension to the vip customer as we could not give the room which they booked !!We were trying everything to make it up and get the trust from our customer again .

During this communication of almost 1 month ,I have been sending emails and making phone calls even when we were with the group in Emirates !During the whole month ,we kept pushing and sending emails actively to solve the problems ,but unfortunately the response of the whole team was not actively and efficiently!And the result was extremely negative !

According to what happed and the efficiency of our team ,According to all the inconvenience and the lost have been caused to us ,we strongly request the 100% compensation immediately! Meanwhile we would like to reconsider of the cooperation of TBO !
