Hotel Madhuban dehradun - Insulting Guest By Hotel Staff

We had asked them to finalise the room for 3 days@ 4500 n they agreed but on the very 1st day of our day there was construction noise we told them we want to check out but they said no n changed our room to suite even in suite room there was disturbance next morning we told them we want to check out.They charged us 5000 n refused to stand on their words of 4500 per night.

Not only this a receptionist named SANGEETA suddenly took one dirty towel n said we have got this from ur room you have damaged hotel’s property.That towel wasnt ours we hadnt use it.She did that intentionally to insult us in front of everyone…That was so insulting she was even very rude to us….We told them it is not ours still u r showing us we will pay for it but she said no u pay 5000 n leave…She behaved as if she doesnt want any guest to stay in this hotel..Even RAHUL TIWARI was fraud….This hotel is cheater n fraud…
